can't wait to come back.
Room was super clean with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Loved the shower and complimentary toiletries. The flat-screen TV was nice, and the minibar was a bonus. Located on a quiet street. The lift was helpful since we were on the 5th floor. Wouldn't mind staying longer with these amenities!

Cleanliness stands out, with daily changes to linens and toiletries. The location makes accessing historical sites and dining options a breeze. The atmosphere feels welcoming, thanks to attentive hosts who made the stay enjoyable. However, the lift can be a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating, and some amenities felt a tad outdated compared to the overall modern decor of the space. Light snacks available were a nice touch, offering a convenient option for quick bites during our stay.

Family with children enjoy it
The host was very nice and even arranged a transfer service for us when we needed it last minute. Not to mention the location is pretty good – we were just 20 mins from most attractions on foot, like the Pantheon and where Julius Caesar was killed.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable for the experience we had.

My kids wished for a better toaster in the breakfast area.

The location of Xenia is fantastic! It’s just a 25-minute walk to attractions like Trastevere and Piazza Navona. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it had a lovely old-fashioned elevator that added charm. Maria and Federico were super helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.
The small shower might be tricky for tall guests.
